Australian born Gina Betzler began her 50th year with the media’s triad of pandemic mania. She managed a small celebration in Amsterdam before the shut downs began.
Because of her financial background she was quick to realize the economic fallout was going to be far more reaching than the virus itself and has since endeavored to ‘help’ in shelters, in the streets and providing healthy advice and supplements where she can. “The fear will do much more damage than the virus” is more her mantra. “Sunshine is a virus’s worst enemy!” “Do what makes your heart sing!!”
She’s very much in favour of keeping all open as the hundreds of millions that have already lost their jobs is what really makes her sad. Australia too hasn’t been a shining light. She’s very much in disagreement with the Australian government’s heavy handed dictatorial manner of “mandatory vaccination “ policies, 15 days quarantine, lockdown of the states borders for 935 deaths from Covid! “Any death is sad”, she says, but the Australian is doing much more harm than any virus! 9 people are suiciding every day!” She’s settled in Amsterdam with her family and sees this as her home for right now. She looks forward being able to see her family and friends again one day but is committed to shining a light on the facts of today’s situation. “And it’s not looking so good!” she says. But she remains optimistic with the future. She sees right now as a land full of opportunity as people have their backs to the fall with fear. She also sees the 21st December as a pivotal day for humanity. “As we pass through the shortest day may we begin our days into the lightness!!!”
